By downloading, installing, or using browser extensions (including ChatGPT Downloader & Exporter Pro, Gemini Autopilot, Claude Downloader) or any tools created by Pczio ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall and cease using our Services immediately.
2. License Grant & Usage
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our browser extensions and tools strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile any closed-source portions of our software.
- Use our extensions for any illegal actions or actions that violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic).
- Redistribute or resell the extensions without explicit written permission from Pczio.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, & Refunds
Some of our extensions offer paid "Pro" features. Payments and licensing transactions are handled securely through our verified merchants (e.g. Polar.sh).
- Billing: You agree to provide valid billing details and pay all applicable fees associated with your tier.
- Refunds: We provide a hassle-free, 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
All conversation histories, exported files, preferences, and configurations are stored strictly on your local machine. We do not own, access, or harvest your chat logs. You are solely responsible for backing up your data and securing your local browser storage.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extensions will remain fully functional if third-party websites (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) update their user interfaces or restrict web-scraping features.
In no event shall Pczio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our tools.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
